Nassau House

Located on The Bahamas’ capital island, New Providence, the Nassau House is positioned near the city center. The edifice itself is situated on a petite lot with limited space, a condition that significantly impacted our design direction on this project. Therefore we have taken this opportunity to define a specific residential design language consisting of masterful rhythmic roofs, exterior walls, and corresponding interior spaces.
