As you may recall, my wife Debbie and I met you in 2017 as we were designing a custom home to be built on Green Turtle Cay in the Abacos. You took our preliminary plans and re drew them. You turned them into completed plans, added the required engineering and submitted them for approval by the national and local authorities in the Bahamas. You walked us through the process and we ended up with the home of our dreams on Green Turtle Cay.

Unfortunately, a tornado during Hurricane Dorian destroyed our new Bahamian home in September 2019 and devastated the area. I contacted you shortly after that and started soliciting your advice as we had decided to rebuild. You also were personally devastated by the strongest storm ever recorded in the Atlantic basin. Everyone there was! You, however, always returned my calls and answered my emails at a time when I knew you were suffering personally a great deal more than we were.

When we decided to rebuild, you were the guy that I called to start the process again. From completed plans to structural engineering ,submitting for the required approvals and walking us through the process, you again made it seamless. We received the required CO on time and we started the rebuild process.

I must tell you that my wife and I are forever grateful to you for your excellent professional service. I surely hope we do not need your services again, but rest assured if we do, you will be the first person I call.
