North Abaco Mixed-Use Development

This large scale project covers a wide scope ranging from private residential grove and waterside clubhouse living to gated condominium community & beachfront villa options. The latter is inclusive of full amenities such as community pool and pool house, recreational tennis, restaurant and beachfront recreation. The former includes clubhouse & administration, as well as community deck, parking, and a boating dock. Finally, included within the scope is a provisional site for a future shopping plaza to provide further activity and drive commerce within the area.
